Pursuant to Section 24-6-402(2)(c), C.R.S., the Board of Directors of the Heather Gardens Metropolitan District hereby gives notice that it will hold a special meeting at the at the Heather Gardens Clubhouse in the boardroom and via Zoom video conference at 3:00 p.m. on March 7, 2025. The meeting will be held for the purpose of conducting the business of the Heather Gardens Metropolitan District. This meeting is open to the public (the executive session will not be open to the public).
